This notice explains what personal data Acriva collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it.

Who we are

Prudent Capital Holdings Group LLC operates Acriva and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at support@acriva.app.

What we collect and why

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data (name, email address, login credentials, authentication provider) — to create and secure your account and provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Content you enter (property files, scenarios, buy boxes, leads, notes, offer drafts and contact details you add for property owners) — to provide the Service and store your work. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Support messages and enquiry-form submissions (name, email, phone, message) — to answer you and follow up on your request. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • Usage and telemetry data (pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, IP address) — to keep the Service secure, diagnose faults and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Email delivery data (whether reminder or transactional emails were sent and delivered) — to operate notifications you have asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Marketing

We send product and marketing email only where you have opted in or where permitted by law for existing customers. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that host our infrastructure and database, send our email, and provide analytics and support tooling.
  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Property data providers (such as county record systems and rent and comparables providers) when you request a lookup — the address you search is sent to them to return records.
  • Professional advisers such as our legal and accounting advisers.
  • Public authorities where we are required to disclose by law.

International transfers

Our providers are primarily located in the United States. Where personal data of users in the UK or EEA is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Account and content data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, so you can reactivate. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Records required for tax and accounting are kept for the period required by law. After those periods data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact support@acriva.app to exercise them and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access controls that scope every record to its owner, and least-privilege access for our staff.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember scenarios you create before signing in. We also use analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the Service to function.
