Acriva is a decision-intelligence platform for real estate investors and professionals in the United States. It imports county parcel records, rent estimates and sale and rental comparables, locks each sourced field to its provider and retrieval date, and requires the user to label every remaining assumption. From those inputs it produces deterministic valuation, cost, return and debt-coverage figures, a maximum defensible offer, and a printable report in which each line can be traced back to its source. Acriva's AI features reason only over the figures in a user's file and data returned from connected sources; they do not generate prices, comps or market claims. Acriva is an educational analysis tool and does not provide investment, legal, tax or appraisal advice.

Usage guidelines

Do not recolour, stretch, rotate or add effects to the mark.
Write the name as “Acriva” — never all caps in body copy, never “ACRIVA App”.
